We may decline or cancel orders in cases of error, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability

Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance until payment is successfully processed

Payment

Payments are processed by authorised third-party providers. By submitting payment details you authorise us and our partners to charge the total order amount, including applicable shipping and taxes.

Shipping, returns & refunds

Delivery timelines and return eligibility are described in our Shipping & Returns page. Returned items must meet stated conditions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

Limitation of liability

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Dermalatey’s place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be handled in accordance with those laws and competent courts.
