Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by destination and selected shipping method shown at checkout.
- Standard delivery: typically 5–10 business days after dispatch
- Express delivery: typically 2–4 business days where available
- International orders may be subject to customs duties and local taxes
Returns
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
- Initiate a return by contacting customer care with your order number
- Intimate apparel and final-sale items are excluded unless faulty
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection
Exchanges
