How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also view order status when signed in under My Account → Orders.
Which currencies can I shop in?
Use the currency selector in the site header or footer to switch between supported currencies. Prices update to reflect your selected currency at checkout.
What is your return policy?
Unworn items with original tags may be returned within 30 days of delivery. See Shipping & Returns for full eligibility, timelines, and how to start a return.
How should I care for my garments?
Always follow the care label inside each garment. Most Dermalatey pieces perform best with gentle washing, low heat, and air drying to preserve fabric hand-feel.
Do you offer gift options?
Gift messaging and discreet packaging options are available at checkout when offered for your region. Contact customer care if you need help with a gift order.
How do I find my size?
Visit our Size Guide for fit notes by category. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for bodysuits and fitted silhouettes.
